มนุษย์เรามักจะพยายามให้ทุกอย่างเป็นไปตามที่ตนเองต้องการ

เป็นต้นว่า

– ทำไมทุกคนไม่ได้คิดแบบนี้นะ

– ทำไมเขาคนนั้นมีนิสัยแบบนี้นะ

– ทำไมเขาถึงไม่เข้าใจในสิ่งที่เราคิดหรือพูดนะ

– ทำไมเรารู้สึกไม่ชอบคนนี่นะ

– ทำไมเรารู้สึกถูกใจคนนี่นะ

– ทำไมเราอยากพูดคุยกับคนนี่นะ

นั่นแหละครับนี่คือนิสัยของมนุษย์เรา มีทั้งที่ถูกใจเราและไม่ถูกใจเรา มนุษย์เราต่างล้วนแล้วแต่ต้องอยู่ร่วมกันเป็นกลุ่มก้อน เป็นสังคมเพื่อให้กลุ่มคนเหล่านั้นเข้ามาเพื่อทำภารกิจบางอย่าง ให้ลุล่วงสำเร็จ อาจมีบ้างที่ทุกอย่างไม่ได้ราบรื่นอย่างที่เราคาดคิดเอาไว้ ล้วนแต่พบเจอกับปัญหาและอุปสรรค์ คนที่คิดต่าง หรือคนที่มีความคิดในทิศทางเดียวกับเราบ้าง

ที่ผมหยิบยกประเด็นนี้ขึ้นมาพูดคุยก็เนื่องมาจาก ปัญหาเหล่านี้ถือเป็นปัญหาพื้นฐานของมนุษย์ โดยเฉพาะกับเรื่องของการทำงาน และก็มักเป็นอะไรที่ปวดหัวมากกับผู้บริหาร ในการที่ต้องรับผิดชอบกับลูกน้องหรือผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาที่มีเรื่องทะเลาะเบาะเเว้งกัน ในท้ายที่สุดก็ส่งผลเสียกับงาน กับบริษัทนั่นเอง

จนลุลามไปถึงการวางแผนเล่นงานเพื่อนร่วมอาชีพด้วยกัน ในทางที่มิถูกต้องหรือหาทางกลั่นแกล้งต่าง ๆ นา ๆ ใครที่กำลังพบเจอกับปัญหาแบบนี้ ผมพูดได้เลยครับ องค์กรของคุณกำลังเริ่มมีปัญหาอย่างแน่นอน คนเป็นผู้นำควรมีความเด็ดขาด และรีบจัดการกับตัวปัญหานี้ในทันที

หากปล่อยไปแล้วอาจสร้างความเสียหายที่ยิ่งใหญ่ในภายหลังได้ มนุษย์เราต่างคนต่างก็คิดว่าตัวเองเป็นฝ่ายถูกด้วยกันทั้งนั้น โดยไม่ไตร่ตรองหรือมองให้เห็นข้อเท็จจริงของอีกฝ่าย จนนำไปสู่ความเสียหายกับองค์กรได้ หากคุณซึ่งอยู่ในสถานการณ์แบบนั้น ผมมีข้อแนะนำอย่างหนึ่งนะครับ ให้คุณหลีกเลี่ยงกลุ่มคนพวกนี้ให้มากที่สุด แล้วตั้งหน้าตั้งตาทำงานให้ดีที่สุด อย่าไปยึดติดกับฝ่ายใด ให้มองว่าทุกคนคือเพื่อนร่วมโลก และตัวเราคือมนุษย์ที่ต้องมาอยู่ร่วมชะตากรรรมต่อกัน

เราอาจหลีกเลี่ยงคนที่เราไม่ชอบได้ แต่เราหนีความจริงไม่ได้ว่าเราไม่ชอบเขาเพราะฉะนั้น วิธีที่ดีที่สุดก็คือ ทำอย่างไรจะอยู่ร่วมกับคนที่เราไม่ชอบได้โดยที่ต่างฝ่ายต่างก็ไม่สร้างปัญหาให้กัน บางเรื่องยอมได้ก็ยอมบางก็ดีครับ แต่ก็ต้องอยู่ในขอบเขตและตามความเหมาะสมพอดีที่เรารับได้ การเกิดเป็นมนุษย์นั้นเราต้องฝึกนิสัยต่าง ๆ ทั้งความอดทน วาจาอ่อนน้อม และการเคารพต่อผู้อื่น ถึงจะได้ชื่อว่าเป็นผู้มีปัญญาอย่างแท้จริง

ใครที่เกลียดเรา ไม่ชอบเรานั่นก็เป็นเรื่องของเขา สำคัญคือตัวเราต่างหาก จะทำอย่างไรไม่ให้ไปโกรธหรือเกลียดเขาตอบ เพราะสิ่งนั้นถือว่าตัวเรานั่นแหละครับที่บกพร่องอย่างมาก พยายามรักษาใจเราให้อยู่ในทิศทางบวก และคบค้าสมาคมกับคนดี ๆ แล้วสิ่งที่ดีจะเข้ามาหาเราเอง พลังงานที่ดี จะดึงคนไม่ดีออกไปจากชีวิตของเราเอง ไม่ต้องไปเเช่งเขาหรอก เเค่เขาคิด ทำ พูดไม่ดีต่อเราและผู้อื่นก็น่าสงสารมากอยู่แล้วครับ ปล่อยวางและอโหสิกรรมให้เขาไป แล้วชีวิตคุณจะก้าวหน้าอย่างไม่ต้องสงสัยอย่างแน่นอน ….
