การจะได้ม้าดีมานั้นแน่นอนว่าเราต้องให้เกียรติกัน  เชื่อมั่น ไว้วางใจกับตัวเขา  เพราะเมื่อเราดีกับเขา ตัวเขาก็พร้อมจะทำทุกอย่างเพื่อเราเช่นกัน  และม้าดีตัวนี้ก็พร้อมจะปกป้องทุกอย่างให้กับตัวคุณ  ในโลกของการทำงานก็เช่นเดียวนะครับ  ถ้าองค์กรไหนที่มีคนดีมีคุณธรรม  และเป็นคนเก่งที่มีความสามารถ  พร้อมเสียสละเพื่อองค์กรนั้น  คุณก็ต้องรู้จักให้เกียรติเขาและไว้วางใจในตัวเขา  มีพื้นที่ให้เขาได้ใช้ความสามารถได้อย่างเต็มที่

ถ้าไม่อย่างนั้นแล้ว  เขาก็พร้อมจะไปจากคุณอย่างแน่นอน  บางทีเงินก็ไม่อาจซื้อใจคนทุกคนได้ โดยเฉพาะกับพวกม้าพยศนั้น  ยากมากหากคุณมีจงรักษามันไว้  อย่างคิดว่าม้าพยศจะได้มาง่าย ๆ  เพราะไม่ใช่ม้าราคาถูกที่หาได้ทั่วไป  เปรียบเหมือนกับคนที่จะไปร่อนหาตามประกาศสมัครงานได้  คุณอาจได้คนเก่ง  แต่อาจไม่มีคุณธรรมความดีประจำใจได้  “อยากได้คนเก่ง  ก็ต้องกล้าลงทุน”  

หลายองค์กรมักมองข้ามสิ่งนี้  ผมอยากจะขอเตือนสติท่านนะครับว่า   ลูกน้องที่ทำอะไรถูกใจนายแต่ไม่ในใจความถูกต้องนั้น  ในท้ายที่สุดลูกน้องแบบนั้นจะนำความเดือนร้อนมาให้คุณในภายหลัง  ต่างกับคนดีมีคุณธรรมอาจมีบางที่เขาไม่ถูกใจคุณไปซะทุกเรื่อง  แต่เมื่อถึงยามคับขัน  เขาก็จะสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาให้คุณได้  โดยที่ตัวคุณจะรู้สึกขอบคุณที่มีเขาด้วยซ้ำ

ใครที่คิดว่าตัวเองนั้นเป็นม้าพยศอยู่  ผมอยากจะแนะนำอย่างนี้นะครับ  ให้เลือกอยู่กับนายที่ดีมีคุณธรรมไว้  นกทำรังงให้ดูไม้  ข้าเลือกนายให้ดูน้ำใจ  นั่นเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญ  ถ้ารู้ว่าเจ้านายของเราไม่มีสิ่งนี้จงอย่าไปเสียเวลากับเขา  การอยู่กับคนดีก็จะส่งผลให้เราดีไปด้วย  ส่งเสริมให้เราได้รับแต่สิีงที่ดีงาม   ไม่ใช่เลี้ยงเราด้วยผลประโยชน์  เพราะถ้าไม่ได้ใจก็ยากที่จะไปเสียเวลากับเขา  ชีวิตเราเลือกได้ครับ  จงดึงดูดแต่สิ่งที่ดีงามให้กับตัวเอง  แล้ววันหนึ่งสิ่งดี ๆ  และคนดีๆ จะเข้ามาหาคุณเองเมือ่ตัวคุณนั้นพร้อม
