บุคคลผู้มีสติดีนั้น ย่อมหาทางแก้ปัญหาและหาทางออกได้ดีในทุกสถานการณ์ จะไม่ตกเป็นเครื่องมือ หรือเชื่อฟังคำยั่วยุของใครทั้งน้้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งถ้าตัวคุณเป็นผู้นำแล้ว คุณยิ่งต้องสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับตัวคุณเอง และคนรอบข้างให้ได้ เป็นแบบอย่าง เป็นต้นแบบที่ดีให้กับเขา ดังคำกล่าวว่า ปัญญาบารมีนั่นมีค่ายิ่งกว่าทรัพย์นับอนันต์
และเหนือสิ่งอื่นใดนั้นต้องมีความยุติธรรม มีเมตตากรุณา และรู้จักการวางตัวที่ดี อำนาจและบารมีเป็นของคู่กัน คนบางคนมีอำนาจแต่ไม่มีบารมี ก็ยากที่จะได้ใจผู้คน คนบางคนมีทั้งบารมีและอำนาจ ก็ย่อมเป็นที่เคารพยำเกรงต่อผู้คนเช่นกัน การเข้าใจในสัจธรรมว่าทุกอย่างมีเกิดขึ้น ตั้งอยู่ และดับไปเป็นของธรรมดา ในท้ายที่คุณก็จะปรับตัวและเข้าใจกฎเกณฑ์เหล่านี้ไปเอง
