คนเรานะครับ ไม่ว่าจะอยู่ในสถานะไหนเราต่างก็มีความเป็นมนุษย์เท่ากัน ไม่มีใครอยากถูกเอารัดเอาเปรียบหรอก ที่ผมหยิบยกหัวข้อนี้มาพูดอันที่จริงก็ไม่ได้เจตนาที่จะไปต่อว่าใครหรอกครับ แต่มันก็มักจะมีบางคนที่มีพฤติกรรมแบบนี้จริง ๆ พฤติกรรมที่ฉลาดในทางที่ไม่ถูกไม่ควร ฉลาดที่จะให้ตัวเองสบายแต่คนอื่นลำบาก โดยเฉพาะการทำงาน เมื่อเราต้องร่วมงานกับเพื่อนร่วมงานแบบนี้ ขอให้รู้ไว้เลยนะครับว่า…ตัวเราจะเหนื่อยมาก ไม่ว่าจะเหนื่อยทั้งกายและทั้งใจเลยเเหระ บางทีสิ่งที่เขาทำอาจจะตั้งใจหรือไม่ตั้งใจก็ตาม แต่การอยู่ร่วมกันเป็นสังคม ควรเคารพสิทธิ์และหน้าที่ซึ่งการและกัน
อยากได้ความเคารพนับถือ คุณก็ต้องทำตัวเองให้น่านับถือ
อยากให้คนรัก คุณก็ต้องรู้จักแสดงความรักกับคนอื่น
คำถามคือถ้าชีวิตคุณพบกับคนแบบนี้ ควรทำอย่างไรดี ที่ดีก็คือ ทำใจครับ มันเป็นคำตอบที่เจ็บปวดนะครับ แต่ถ้าเราไม่ฝึกทำใจตัวเราก็จะทุกข์ใจมากยิ่งขึ้น รังแต่จะสร้างบรรยากาศที่ไม่ดีกับตัวเองและผู้อื่น การปล่อยวางจึงดีที่สุด อย่าไปให้ความสำคัญกับเขา เพราะคนแบบนี้ยากที่จะไปแก้นิสัยเขาได้ เขาก็จะเป็นแบบนี้แหละครับไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือพัฒนาให้ตัวเขาดีขึ้นได้ สิ่งที่สำคัญกว่านั้นก็คือ การที่ตัวเราต้องเร่งฝึกฝนพัฒนาตัวเอง ให้หลุดพ้นจากกลุ่มคนเหล่านี้ไปจะง่ายกว่า กฎแห่งแรงดึงดูดจะดึงคุณเข้าหาสิ่งที่คู่ควรเสมอ เพราะฉะนั้นอย่าไปเสียเวลากับเรื่องนี้เลยครับ
