อยากได้ความเคารพนับถือ คุณก็ต้องทำตัวเองให้น่านับถือ
อยากให้คนรัก คุณก็ต้องรู้จักแสดงความรักกับคนอื่น
คำถามคือถ้าชีวิตคุณพบกับคนแบบนี้ ควรทำอย่างไรดี ที่ดีก็คือ ทำใจครับ มันเป็นคำตอบที่เจ็บปวดนะครับ แต่ถ้าเราไม่ฝึกทำใจตัวเราก็จะทุกข์ใจมากยิ่งขึ้น รังแต่จะสร้างบรรยากาศที่ไม่ดีกับตัวเองและผู้อื่น การปล่อยวางจึงดีที่สุด อย่าไปให้ความสำคัญกับเขา เพราะคนแบบนี้ยากที่จะไปแก้นิสัยเขาได้ เขาก็จะเป็นแบบนี้แหละครับไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือพัฒนาให้ตัวเขาดีขึ้นได้ สิ่งที่สำคัญกว่านั้นก็คือ การที่ตัวเราต้องเร่งฝึกฝนพัฒนาตัวเอง ให้หลุดพ้นจากกลุ่มคนเหล่านี้ไปจะง่ายกว่า กฎแห่งแรงดึงดูดจะดึงคุณเข้าหาสิ่งที่คู่ควรเสมอ เพราะฉะนั้นอย่าไปเสียเวลากับเรื่องนี้เลยครับ
ผมเข้าใจความรู้สึกของคนที่กำลังตกอยุ่ในสถานการณ์แบบนี้ดีครับ มันทั้งอึดอัดและลำบากใจจริง ๆ กับการต้องทนอยู่กับคนแบบนี้ สถานการณ์แบบนี้อยากจะหลีกหรือหลบให้พ้นไปไกล ๆ ขอให้คุณอดทนนะครับ ใจเย็น ๆ เข้าใจ ตั้งใจให้มาก ๆ แล้วสิ่งที่ดีจะปรากฎกับคุณอย่างแน่นอน เขาจะค่อย ๆ หลุดจากวงโคจรของคุณไปเอง โดยที่คุณไม่ต้องไปทำอะไรเขาเลย การให้อภัยเขาอย่างเพื่อนมนุษย์คนหนึ่งนั้น จึงดีที่สุดแล้ว สิ่งที่ยากที่สุดก็คือการให้อภัยผู้อื่น แต่ที่ยากยิ่งกว่าก็คือการให้อภัยตัวเอง การฝึกจิตใจให้อดทน อดกลั้นต่อสิ่งต่าง ๆ รักษาใจให้สงบและนิ่งอยู่เสมอ อย่าหวั่นไหวกับอะไรทั้งนั้น ขอให้มั่นใจได้เลยครับว่า ทุกอย่างกำลังจะพาเราไปสู่จุดที่ดีกว่าเดิมอย่างแน่นอน ผมเป็นกำลังใจให้ทุกท่านครับ…
