การฝึกสติและนิ่งเงียบดุจพญามังกร สง่างามดูนิ่งและเคลื่ยนไหวแบบไม่ไหวติง แลดูสง่างามสมกับเป็นพญามังกร บางทีเราต้องทำความเข้าใจก่อนนะครับว่าการมองตัวเองนั้นยากยิ่ง แต่ถ้าเราหมั่นศึกษาเข้าไปถึงจิตใจ จิตวิญญานของตัวเราแล้วเราจะพบกับอะไรบางอย่าง แท้ที่จริงสิ่งที่อยู่เบื้องหลัง ความกลัว ความวิตกกังวล หรืออะไรก็ตามแต่ที่ทำให้จิตมนุษย์เรานั้นเกิดความทุกข์ขึ้น นั่นก็เพราะว่าจิตใจของเรานั้นกำลังไหลลงสู่ที่ต่ำนั่นเอง การที่จิตใจไหลลงสู่ที่ต่ำนั้นย่อมทำให้ความคิดเราว้าวุ่น กังวลและไม่ยอมอยู่กับปัจจุบันนั่นเอง

เคล็ดลับให้เราอยู่กับปัจจุบัน
1.ตื่นรู้ เมื่อรู้ว่าตัวเองคิดฟุ้งซ่าน ก็ต้องรีบออกมาจากสิ่งนั้น พยายามหากิจกรรมทำเพื่อผ่อนคลายหรือคลายความฟุ้งซ่าน
2.ก่อนที่จะรู้สึกโกรธหรือไม่พอใจอะไร ให้ตั้งสติให้ดี นับ 1- 10 ก่อนแล้วค่อยพูดหรือตัดสินใจทำอะไรลงไป คนเราพลาดก็เพราะสิ่งนี้แหละครับ
3.ให้เวลาอยู่กับตัวเองบ้าง อาจเป็นกิจกรรมอะไรก็ได้ครับที่คุณสนใจ เช่น การวิ่งออกกำลังกาย การอ่านหนังสือ การฝึกสมาธิตามแต่ความชอบและถนัด ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างไม่มีถุก ไม่มีผิดนะครับ
4.เลือกคบแต่คนที่จะนำพาชีวิตเราไปข้างหน้า การเลือกคบเพื่อนหรือกัลยานิมิตรนั้นสำคัญมาก คุณจะเป็นอย่างไรมันก็ขึ้นอยู่กับตัวตัวคุณนั้นใช้เวลาทำอะไร พูด หรือคิดเรื่องอะไร ดังในมงคลชีวิต 38 ประการ พระพุทธองค์ กล่าวว่า 2 ข้อแรกนั้นสำคัญที่สุด คือ 1.ไม่คบคนพาล 2.ให้คบบัณฑิต แล้วชีวิตของคุณนั้นจะเจริญก้าวหน้าเอง
5.วางแผนชีวิต ฟังแล้วดูเครียดแต่เป็นเรื่องที่คุณต้องวางแผนครับ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น การวางแผนการเงิน การวางแผนรายรับ-รายจ่าย การวางแผนอนาคต ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างล้วนมีเหตุมีผลของมันคนที่ขาดการวางแผน รับรองได้เลยว่าชีวิตคุณมีโอกาสยากมากที่จะประสบความสำเร็จในชีวิต

มองหาชีวิตที่เรียบง่าย เลือกใช้ชีวิตตามความต้องการของตัวเอง ทำความฝันของตัวเองและฟังเสียงหัวใจของคุณที่มันเรียกร้องหาอยู่ตลอดชีวิต เวลาที่มีใครมาบอกคุณว่าคุณทำไม่ได้หรอก เป็นไปไม่ได้หรอก ขออย่าได้เชื่อไปนะครับ นั่นมันคือเสียงที่อยู่ในหัวเขา ไม่ใช่เสียงในหัวของเรา เราจะเป็นอย่างที่เราคิดและทำ เพราะฉะนั้นลงมือทำครับ ถึงแม้วันนี้ยังไม่เห็นผลลัพธ์แต่การเริ่มต้นนั้นดีเสมอ ขอให้คุณเจอในสิ่งที่ใช่แล้วคุณจะไม่ต้องเสียใจไปตลอดชีวิตเลยครับ
